- Q: Tracking number “Not Found”?
A1: In the first few days after you received the tracking number, the status may show “Not Found”, please don’t worry, this situation is normal, please wait few days and check it again.
A2: If the status is still “Not Found” after 7 days, please contact our customer service without any hesitation!
- Q: There is no update on the logistics system?
A: If there is no update in somewhere for few days, please don’t worry, it’s normal in transit. Generally, international parcel will take more time to the destination. Therefore the logistics system will not update for some days unless the parcel arrived in your country. Please wait patiently a little time and check it again.
Note: If there is no update more than 15 days, it probably arrived at your local post office, please contact your nearest local post office to get more information about the delivery.

A: If the status showed "be held in Customs”, please contact our customer service without any hesitation.
- Q: What should I do if the status showed “in the logistics centre”, “arrived at the place of delivery”?
A: We are glad to tell you the parcel will arrive at your home soon or later. Please wait patiently. A few days later, if you haven’t received it yet, please contact your nearest local post office to get it!
